Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and placed securely in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
